- Do I need to give Fleetiqo my Turo password?
- No. Fleetiqo never asks for Turo credentials and cannot log into your Turo account. It reads the confirmation emails Turo already sends to your inbox.
- Is there a limit on how many vehicles I can add?
- No. The $49.99/month plan covers unlimited vehicles — the price does not change as the fleet grows.
- Do I need to buy GPS hardware?
- Only if you want GPS tracking. GPS devices are sold separately from the subscription. Everything else — Turo sync, analytics, the toolbox, rental agreements, the mobile app — is included without any hardware.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Vehicles, rentals and your customer list can be exported while your account is active.
- Is there an Android app?
- The native mobile app is iOS at the moment. The dashboard is fully usable in a mobile browser on Android in the meantime.
- How do I get a human?
- Email support@fleetiqo.com or use the contact form. Replies come from people who work on the system, within one business day.
