Partners
Three ways to work with us
Fleetiqo works with people who send us operators, vendors who want their product to talk to ours, and agencies running fleets on behalf of other owners. Those are three different conversations, so they are set out separately below.
All three start with an email. There is no partner portal to sign up to and no automated programme behind this page — that is a deliberate choice at our size, not an oversight.
Track one
Referral & word of mouth
Who it is for
Operators already using Fleetiqo who keep getting asked what they run their fleet on — plus the community organisers, YouTubers and forum regulars the answer travels through.
What you get
- A conversation about what makes sense for the volume you actually send, rather than a fixed percentage decided in advance.
- A direct line for the people you send, so a referral does not land in the general support queue.
- Early sight of what is being built, so you are not recommending something on out-of-date information.
How to start
Email partners@fleetiqo.com with roughly who your audience is and how you would want to introduce us.
Track two
Integration partners
Who it is for
Telematics and OBD hardware makers, insurance providers, payment processors and accounting or bookkeeping tools whose customers overlap with car-sharing hosts and small rental agencies.
What you get
- A technical conversation with the person who would build the integration, not a business-development funnel.
- API access for building against Fleetiqo — request it through the developers page and we will set it up.
- A place on the integrations page once something real is shipped, described in the present tense only when it actually works.
How to start
Email partners@fleetiqo.com with what your product does and what the integration would let a shared customer do. If you want to start from the technical end, request API access first.
Track three
Resellers & managing agencies
Who it is for
Fleet managers, co-hosting operations and consultants who run vehicles on behalf of other owners and want their clients on one system instead of five spreadsheets.
What you get
- Team accounts with granular permissions, so each client sees their own vehicles and nothing else.
- A pricing conversation for genuine multi-account volume — the published price is one account with unlimited vehicles, which is not the same shape as ten client accounts.
- Help with the migration itself, because moving a managed book of vehicles is where these arrangements usually fall over.
How to start
Email partners@fleetiqo.com or book a walkthrough. Tell us how many owners you manage for and how the billing needs to work.
What this page is not
There is no tiered partner programme, no certification, no co-marketing budget and no affiliate dashboard. Every arrangement described above is agreed in a conversation and written down between the two of us.
That has a cost — it does not scale, and it means a reply takes longer than clicking “join” — and a benefit, which is that the terms fit what you are actually doing instead of a template. If you need a formal programme with a signed partner agreement and a portal, we are not there yet.
Partner questions
- Is there an affiliate programme with tracking links?
- Not today. There is no self-serve affiliate portal, no dashboard and no automatically generated tracking links. Referral arrangements are agreed directly by email, which suits the size we are and means we can be specific rather than generic.
- What commission do you pay on a referral?
- There is no published rate, because there is no standard programme. What makes sense for someone sending an occasional recommendation is different from a partner introducing agencies with dozens of vehicles. Write to partners@fleetiqo.com and we will talk about the actual situation.
- How do I get API access to build an integration?
- Request it through the developers page. API access is granted on request rather than being open self-serve, so tell us what you are building and we will get you set up.
- Will you list our product on your integrations page?
- Once an integration is built and working, yes. We do not list planned or announced integrations as if they exist — anything upcoming is labelled as upcoming, which is why Bouncie support appears as coming soon rather than as a live feature.
- Is there special pricing for agencies managing multiple client accounts?
- The published price of $49 a month covers one account with unlimited vehicles, which already handles most operators. Managing separate accounts on behalf of multiple owners is a different shape, so that is a conversation rather than a page on the site.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Partner email is read by the people who work on the product, not a sales team, so replies come with real answers but not instantly. If a request is time sensitive, say so in the subject line.

Tell us which of the three tracks fits and what you are hoping to do. A couple of sentences is enough to get a useful reply.
