What is automation actually worth to your fleet?
Most fleet software makes you take its word for it. Put your own numbers in and see the arithmetic — hours back, commission avoided, tools replaced, minus what it costs.

How the model works
Three sources of value, one cost. Nothing else is in the calculation.
1. Hours that stop being manual
Booking entry, revenue reconciliation, chasing receipts, sending the same reminder for the fifth time. Your weekly admin hours are converted to a monthly figure, multiplied by the share you think automation removes, then valued at your own hourly rate. If you would not pay someone that rate to do the work, lower the rate.
2. Commission you stop paying
A marketplace takes a cut of every booking. Repeat guests and referrals are the ones you already earned, and they are the realistic candidates to move onto your own booking website, which charges no commission. The calculator applies your commission rate only to the share you say you could move.
3. Subscriptions you cancel
Whatever you currently pay monthly for the pieces Fleetiqo covers — tracking software, invoicing, scheduling, expense capture. Enter the real total; if Fleetiqo does not replace something, leave it out.
Minus $49 a month
Flat, for unlimited vehicles, which is why the cost line does not move when you change fleet size. See what is included.
Questions about the maths
Where do the numbers come from?
From you. Every figure on the results panel is arithmetic on the values you type in — fleet size, revenue per vehicle, admin hours, what an hour is worth, current tool spend, and the commission your marketplace keeps. Nothing is pre-filled with a claim about what Fleetiqo saves.
What are the two sliders for?
They hold the only two things that are a judgement rather than a fact: how much of your admin work automation actually removes, and how much of your booking volume you could realistically take direct. Both start conservative. Move them to whatever you believe and the answer moves with you.
Why does taking bookings direct save money?
A marketplace keeps a percentage of every booking it sends you. A guest who books through your own site is a guest you already own, and Fleetiqo’s booking website charges no commission on them. The calculator applies your commission rate only to the share of bookings you say you could move across.
Does the price change as my fleet grows?
No. Fleetiqo is $49 a month for unlimited vehicles, which is why the calculator subtracts a flat cost rather than a per-vehicle one. The larger the fleet, the better the arithmetic gets.
Is this a guarantee of results?
No, and it is not presented as one. It is a model built on your own inputs and two assumptions you control. Treat it the way you would treat a spreadsheet you built yourself: useful for deciding whether something is worth an hour of your attention, not a promise.
