The questions everyone asks first
Starting with the one about Turo's terms, because that is the one that matters.
- Does using Fleetiqo break Turo’s terms of service?
- Fleetiqo does not log into Turo, scrape Turo, automate your listing, or interact with the platform in any way. It reads the confirmation emails Turo sends to your own inbox — email you already received and are free to file, forward or process however you like. Nothing about Fleetiqo touches your Turo account. Turo’s terms are between you and Turo, so read them yourself, but there is no automated access to their platform involved.
- Do I need to give Fleetiqo my Turo password?
- No, and there is no field to enter one. Fleetiqo has no way to sign in to Turo on your behalf.
- What exactly can Fleetiqo see in my inbox?
- Google is connected with the gmail.readonly scope and Microsoft with Mail.Read — read-only in both cases, with no ability to send, modify or delete. Only messages identified as Turo notifications are processed and stored; everything else is ignored. You can revoke access from your email provider at any time, independently of us.
- Which email providers work?
- Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, and any provider that supports IMAP. iCloud and generic IMAP use an app-specific password so it can be revoked without changing your main password.
- What happens to bookings that were cancelled or changed?
- Turo sends an email for those too, and Fleetiqo applies the change to the existing rental rather than creating a duplicate.
- What if Turo changes its email format?
- The parser gets updated. When a message does not match a known format it surfaces as an unmatched rental you can see and resolve, rather than silently producing wrong numbers.
- Can I import my past bookings?
- Yes. The first sync scans existing Turo emails in the connected mailbox, so you start with history instead of an empty dashboard.
