- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- Yes, a card is required to start, and it is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and nothing is taken.
- What currency am I charged in, and is tax included?
- Prices are in US dollars. Any local sales tax, VAT or GST is applied on top according to your billing location, so the total on your invoice may be higher than the listed price.
- Does the price change as I add vehicles?
- No. One flat monthly price covers unlimited vehicles, unlimited bookings and unlimited customers. There is no volume tier and no per-vehicle charge.
- What happens if I cancel mid-month?
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. There is no partial-month proration and no cancellation fee.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Export your vehicles, rentals and customer list before you go — the export is available while the account is active. After cancellation, data is handled on the schedule set out in the privacy policy.
- Can I pay annually or by invoice?
- Not through the self-serve checkout today. If you need annual billing, a purchase order or an invoice for your finance team, contact sales and we will arrange it.
- Are GPS devices included in the subscription?
- GPS hardware is sold separately from the subscription. The software side of tracking — live map, geofences, speed alerts, route history — is part of the plan.
- Do team members or co-hosts cost extra?
- No. Co-hosts and team members are included, with per-vehicle permissions so you control exactly what each person can see.
