Turo integration
Bookings, revenue and guest details pulled automatically from the Turo confirmation emails already sitting in your inbox.
This is the integration Fleetiqo was built around, and it works differently from what people expect. There is no Turo API key to generate, no Turo password to hand over, and nothing logging into your Turo account on your behalf.
Instead, Fleetiqo reads the confirmation emails Turo already sends you. Connect a mailbox once and every new booking, change and cancellation is parsed into a rental record with the guest, the vehicle, the dates and the amounts attached.
That design has a practical consequence worth knowing: because it works off email rather than an API, it works for any Turo host in any market where Turo sends confirmation emails, with no waiting for API access.
What it does
- Automatic import of new bookings from Gmail, Outlook, iCloud or any IMAP mailbox
- Trip modifications and cancellations reflected against the existing rental
- Guest details captured into your own customer database, exportable at any time
- Revenue recorded per vehicle so it can be netted against expenses
- Historical rentals importable so you do not start from an empty dashboard
What it does not do
- Fleetiqo does not manage your Turo listing, pricing or availability — Turo stays authoritative for those.
- It cannot message guests on Turo or act on your Turo account in any way.
- Parsing depends on Turo’s email formats. When those change, the parser is updated; a mismatch shows up as an unmatched rental rather than silently wrong data.
Before you start
- • A mailbox that receives your Turo confirmation emails
- • For iCloud and generic IMAP, an app-specific password
How to connect it
- 1
Open email settings
In the Fleetiqo dashboard, go to Settings and choose the email connection section.
- 2
Connect your mailbox
Pick Gmail or Outlook and complete the provider’s own sign-in, or enter IMAP details for iCloud and other providers.
- 3
Approve read-only access
Google is requested with gmail.readonly and Microsoft with Mail.Read, so Fleetiqo can read messages but cannot send, modify or delete them.
- 4
Let the first sync run
Existing Turo emails are scanned and turned into rentals. New bookings appear automatically from then on.
