Calendar sync (CalDAV) integration
Push your rental calendar into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook over CalDAV, so handovers show up next to everything else in your day.
Bookings are useless in a system you do not have open. CalDAV sync puts pickups, returns and scheduled maintenance into the calendar you already look at.
Because it is standard CalDAV rather than a per-vendor integration, it works with anything that speaks the protocol.
What it does
- Rentals, pickups and returns as calendar events
- Scheduled maintenance alongside bookings
- Works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook and other CalDAV clients
What it does not do
- Calendar clients poll on their own schedule, so an event can take a few minutes to appear.
- Editing an event in your calendar app does not change the booking in Fleetiqo.
Before you start

How to connect it

Get your calendar URL
Open the calendar settings in the dashboard and copy the CalDAV address.

Add it to your calendar app
In Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, add a subscribed or CalDAV account using that address.

Choose a refresh interval
Set how often your client polls, if the app allows it.

Confirm events appear
Upcoming pickups and returns should show within one refresh cycle.
