This is the honest comparison, because Turo host tools are free and every host already has them. Nothing here suggests replacing them: Turo remains the system of record for your listings, your trips and your payouts.
The gap is that earnings are not profit. Turo reports what it paid you. It does not know what the car cost, what you still owe on it, what you spent on tyres and cleaning, or what you earned from the customer who booked you directly after finding your car once on Turo.

When Turo host tools is the better choice
Anyone whose entire business is on Turo and who only needs to see Turo activity. It is included, it is authoritative for the platform, and there is nothing to set up.
- Turo host tools are free and Fleetiqo is an additional cost. If Turo is your entire business and gross earnings are all you track, you may not need this.
- Turo remains authoritative for listings, dynamic pricing and trip status. Fleetiqo does not replace the host app.

- Do I have to give Fleetiqo my Turo password?
- No. Fleetiqo never asks for your Turo password and never stores one. It reads the Turo confirmation emails that already arrive in your inbox, through your email provider’s own authorisation flow.
- Does using Fleetiqo affect my Turo account?
- Fleetiqo does not act on your Turo account, change your listings, message guests or alter pricing. It reads email that Turo sent you. See the Security page for exactly what is accessed and retained.
