Fleet management for people who rent their vehicles out. It reads your Turo confirmation emails from any inbox you connect, turns them into bookings, revenue and customer records, and combines them with the costs Turo cannot see — finance, insurance, maintenance, cleaning — to give you true profit per vehicle. One flat price of $49/month, unlimited vehicles.
What Fleetio is
Fleet maintenance and asset-management software for commercial fleets — service scheduling, work orders, parts inventory, fuel cards and driver inspections, priced per vehicle.
The difference that actually matters
These two products are often shortlisted together because both say "fleet management", but they solve different halves of the job. Fleetio is built around the service bay: work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, parts, inspections, fuel spend.
Fleetiqo is built around the rental. The unit of work is a booking with a customer attached, a payout to reconcile and a vehicle to hand over and get back. Maintenance tracking exists in Fleetiqo — scheduling, service history, cost tracking — but it is one module rather than the whole product.
If nobody rents your vehicles, most of Fleetiqo is dead weight. If your vehicles earn money from renters, most of a maintenance platform is.

When Fleetio is the better choice
A company-owned commercial fleet with in-house or contracted mechanics, where the core job is keeping vehicles serviced and compliant rather than renting them out. Fleetio is a genuinely deep maintenance product and Fleetiqo does not try to match it there.
- If maintenance is your core operation, Fleetio is the better product. Work orders, parts inventory and vendor management are not areas Fleetiqo competes in.
- Fleetio supports a much wider set of commercial telematics hardware.
- Fleetio is the more established company with a correspondingly larger integration ecosystem.
Questions
- Can I use both?
- Some operators do, using a maintenance platform for the workshop side and Fleetiqo for bookings and revenue. If you go that route, Fleetiqo is the system of record for anything customer-facing.
- Does Fleetiqo handle work orders?
- No. Fleetiqo tracks scheduled maintenance, service history and what it cost. It does not manage parts inventory or shop work orders.
