Car rental management
Fleetiqo vs RentSyst
RentSyst prices by vehicle. Fleetiqo does not — one flat monthly price, unlimited cars — and Fleetiqo ingests Turo bookings from email, which conventional rental back offices have no path for.
What Fleetiqo is
Fleet management for people who rent their vehicles out. It reads your Turo confirmation emails from any inbox you connect, turns them into bookings, revenue and customer records, and combines them with the costs Turo cannot see — finance, insurance, maintenance, cleaning — to give you true profit per vehicle. One flat price of $49/month, unlimited vehicles.
What RentSyst is
Car rental management software covering reservations, a customer portal, fleet documents and telematics integrations, sold on subscription tiers that scale with vehicle count.
The difference that actually matters
RentSyst and Fleetiqo overlap more than most pairs on this page: both cover reservations, customers, documents and a public booking surface.
The two real differences are where bookings come from and how you are charged. Fleetiqo assumes a meaningful share of your revenue arrives through Turo and builds the whole ingestion path around that. And because Fleetiqo charges one flat price regardless of fleet size, growing from ten cars to forty does not change the invoice.

When RentSyst is the better choice
Agencies that want a conventional rental back office with a booking portal, and whose vehicle count is small enough that per-vehicle pricing stays comfortable.
- RentSyst has a longer track record in conventional car rental and a wider telematics integration list.
- If you have no Turo exposure at all, the main reason to choose Fleetiqo disappears and the decision comes down to fit and price.
Questions
- Is Fleetiqo cheaper?
- Fleetiqo publishes one flat monthly price for unlimited vehicles. Per-vehicle pricing is cheaper at very small fleet sizes and more expensive as you grow — where the lines cross depends on the tier you would land on, so check the vendor’s current pricing before deciding.
- Can I migrate my fleet across?
- Vehicles and historical rentals can be imported, so your revenue history comes with you rather than starting from zero.
