For co-hosting arrangements specifically, this is what makes the arrangement workable. The co-host manages their vehicles inside your system without the arrangement requiring you to trust them with the rest of it.

Common questions
Can I hide revenue from a team member?
Yes. Financial visibility is a separate permission from operational access, so someone can manage bookings and turnovers without seeing what anything earns.
Does adding a team member cost extra?
No. The plan is flat regardless of how many vehicles or people are on the account — there are no per-seat charges.
What happens when someone leaves?
You revoke their access and it ends immediately. Their past activity stays in the audit trail, which is the point of attributing it in the first place.
