What it does not
- Mileage-based scheduling is only as current as the mileage you record. A GPS-tracked vehicle updates on its own; one without a tracker relies on you entering it.
- Fleetiqo does not book the appointment or talk to your shop. It tells you what is due and records what happened.
- Manufacturer service intervals are not preloaded per model — you set the intervals you want to run.
Common questions
Can maintenance be scheduled by mileage rather than date?
Yes, and for a rental fleet it is usually the better trigger — a car doing four thousand miles a month needs a different rhythm than one doing four hundred.
Does a vehicle in for service still show as bookable?
No. Maintenance blocks appear on the same calendar as bookings, which is the whole point of them being in one system.
Do maintenance costs affect the profitability numbers?
Yes. A recorded service is an expense against that vehicle, so per-vehicle profit is net of what it costs to keep it on the road.
